Hey guys I have a 01 Trans am that is idleing at about 500-600 RPM, thats with the Air or w/o the air on, my friend has a 99 z28 and his car idles at about 800-850, what is the normal idle RPM for our cars, thanks for your help....

Depends on if it is a M6 or A4. Stick cars idle higher than autos, if you search around you should be able to find what the stock numbers are

Stock A4 cars idle at 650 in park/neutral and 550 in gear. Stock M6 cars idle at 750. Don't go off what your tach says either, most are quite a ways off. I've tuned my car to idle at 850rpm, but my tach reads 1100.
