Default ? about Tuning out TCS

I know that I have read on here that because the BCM controls the traction control system, you can't tune it out using any of the normal tuning suites. My question comes about because of the B6607 code in EFI-Live under Engine Calibration > Traction Control > Parameters. B6607 is TCS Max Time allowed, by default it is set at 4 seconds, if I were to set that at 0 seconds, wouldn't that theoretically completely disable the system, as it would just never activate?

Not me personally, A friend of mine with a 2000 TA just wanted to know if it could be tuned out instead of having to buy the SLP module to keep it turned off by default. I am just wondering if this would work, seems like it should in theory.
