Default slips out of gear

hey everyone. I have a 99 trans am 6 spd. when I start driving down my driveway (long driveway) Im normally traveling about 15-20mph. the other day I had the car in 3rd and was going to down shift to 2nd but without any effort I was able to pull the car out of third without the clutch prseed in...i thought that was odd so I tried to put it back into third without the clutch and it just glided smoothly back into place. I cant get the car to d this in any other gear and I can only do this change to 3rd without the clutch when Im driving between 15-20 mph. does this seem strange? thanks

Yea I can do that with mine, with almost all gears. It wont budge if you hae any amoutn of gas applied tho. And mine is a fresh rebuild from T56, and shifts great. So I say normal.
