Slight problem when starting Hey, my car started doing something funny the other day. When you turn the key to start it it turns over twice really slow but always starts but then the speedo and tach go to about 110 and 7k and come back to normal. The gas gauge also goes way past empty but then goes back working fine. There have been no problems while driving, just startup. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem or if anybody knows what it is. Thank you all for your help.

I'm not really sure, I have never changed it but I have not really had the car too long either, only about a year. Its about to trip 80k, one terminal has quite a bit of green corrosion on it. I might buy a new one, but I never knew it could jack up the gauges like that. I thought it might be something I could not fix without taking it somewhere.
