Default Who's had both big NA cubes and FI....

Im wondering what I would like better a 530rwhp NA 402 or a 600-630rwhp D1SC procharger on a forged 347. Now I dont have the money for the cubes and the D1. Its one or the other...for now atleast.

Im just curious those of you that have had a big powered NA motor and a high HP FI setup...which do you like the best? Which is more fun on the street? which was faster overall?

thanks

I really like big cube motors with spray, but high boost FI motors are awesome. The FI car will typically be a more street friendly car but usually the big cube motor will catch peoples eyes and ears since they are usually loud and loper like a race car.

from what ive been hearing, the big cubed NA car will be more fun to drive because it has alot better throttle response than FI. I know the FI car will idle and drive like stock till you mash it. From the video's of NA cars racing FI cars, the NA car seems so much more explosive and it take the higher rwhp FI car almost the entire race to pass the NA car.

if i had it to do over again i would have just built a solid 347 with a d1 and set it up for 600 - 650 rw and been happy. driveability would be much better and properly tuned a fi motor has plenty of torque, especially a turbo car.
