I keep getting the codes P0134/P0154 (primary 02 no activity codes bank 1 and 2) every hundred miles or so after I clear them. Does this mean they are going bad? The tune probably needs to be touched up it seems to be running quite rich!

It is most likely that they are unplugged or on their way out, either way just through a new set of o2's in it.
