clutch problems(loosing petal) PLEASE HELP!!!!!
i just installed my new fidanza flywheel, centerforce dual friction clutch, new clutch master, and slave cylinder. i blead the system and the clutch petal feels good the whole way down. after driving the car for a little bit(1/4mile) and pressing the clutch down 4-6 times the petal is dead and the clutch is still engaged.after turning the car off for about 15-20 minutes, the petal fells good again untill you drive it for 1/4 mile. i am totally lost. i called centerforce and they told me to do the "drill mod" and i did that and still i have the same results. any input will be of great help.

Sounds like the Hydraulic fluid is getting hot? Do you have headers and have you wrapped the lines with some type of heat wrap?
The clutch isn’t going to change like that with heat, not normal temperature anyway. What does the hydraulic fluid look like, is it black?
Does the pedal come back when you pump it? The hydraulics are a little sensitive on these cars, let me know what you find I will checking back on this shortly.
Thank you,

Let me know how the new Slave works for you. You are losing hydraulic fluid pressure for some reason. Are any of the lines loose where it might be sucking air into the system somehow? Sorry to see you having these problems please feel free to call me with any questions you may have.

the new slave is in and the peteal feel good but i have to hold the clutch ALL the way to the floor to get into any gear. would that mean i need an adjustable master? or is there a step i am missing. also 3rd and 4th gear are expetionaly hard to get into even with the cluth to the floor.
