Default help with valve adjustment
i have a 383 with 317 heads and need to adjust the valve. How do you adjust them?

If the rockers are stock just torque the rocker nut to 22 ft-lbs

Like Brad said above, torque stock rockers to 22-24 ft.lbs and they are self adjusting. I hate setting valves which is why I love the stock ls1 rockers...
