I pulled the dash on a car to remove the HVAC, then reinstalled. I went to turn the engine and it will not turn over. I tried using the old screwdriver across the terminals and it will fire but die right after it fires. Any ideas what the problem can be? It looks like I have all the wires plugged back in under the dash, but you just never know.

Code P1626 is "theft deterrent fuel enable signal"

The pump primes with every cycle if that helps any
