Pushrod Length questions?

Pushrod Length questions? Ok, here is my problem: My new 5.3 heads are only milled .05 (for strightness), my new cams base circle is .27 smaller then stock. I'm also using the Comp "R" lifters. I would think the stock length (7.4) would be the correct size pushrod to use? What do you think?
