I'm looking at getting some to replace the stockers. I havent a clue which to get.

Hey Dan... I'd say they are pretty much all the same... when I worked at RKSport we sold the Energy Suspension Poly Mounts and they were really nice quality... I got a set for Skytower and he installed them in his car and loved em... course the install with any of them is a pain in the *** from what I hear... but it should help your banging y-pipe issues...

Prothane is just as good though i'm sure... seems like many of our sponsers carry it...

from seeing the Energy ones at the auto parts store they look the same or close enough to not matter. I have the prothane ones on mine. I took a pic of them in process.. rubber mount and prothane mounts both in the clamshell and out of the clamshells.

Are there any special instructions or hints I should know before having a shop install them? I'm not putting them on myself for lack of mechanical abilities and no place for the opperation to occur.

Anything a typical shop needs to know? Besides the obvious PITA install thats already a given.
