Default A/C problems

It seems like Ive had nothing but problems out of my car..I drove it yesterday for the first time in a couple weeks and I noticed the air wasnt getting all that cool.
The compressor is kicking on and all and it has a good charge so I got to looking a little closer and this is what I found.Somebody said it looks like I have a blown seal in the compressor but I dunno...this stuff just seeps out around this ring on the compressor no matter if the ac is on or not and it has a redish tint to it and its oily.
I dont know all that much about A/C's but I know this aint right... any advice?

It's possible that your water pump is leaking and flinging it onto your compressor, but if your w/p is dry than the body seal is leaking on your compressor and the only way to fix that is to replace it. Mine is doing the same thing except the oil is yellow colored from the dye in the system, not reddish.
