Default Maggie M122HH For L92 Heads?

Can anyone confirm if Magnuson will, in fact, come out with a blower (preferrably the M122HH that will bolt on to the L92 heads?)

Thanks

I would guess not right off hand since the L92 heads require a different intake manifold than the LS1/LS2/LS6 heads. The L92 heads a very different intake port design than the LS1/LS2/LS6 heads.

Yes, they are making that kit. It will be for the 2007+ Escalade and Denali, since they use L92 engines.

I hear it is about 2 months out.

I would guess in the future they will make one because of the LS3 in the '08 Vette.

i would guess in the future they will make one because this intake port design is the future of GM SBC motors.

Thanks Ed, it would be appreciated. I know that the Harrop unit comes with an adapter setup for the L92s already. Just think I would like to deal with a manufacturer/seller/unit made and sold here in the states.

No problem, although I'm sure Tony's post above is pretty accurate

Just a small correction ...

The Harrop Superchargers do not use spacers or adaptors at all … the LS1/2/6 uses a manifold specifically matched to the “cathedral” port heads, and the L76/92 version uses a different manifold that matches the “rectangular” ports.

When ordering a Harrop Supercharger kit, it is important to state which heads are being used to ensure the correct manifold assembly is supplied. There is no difference in price between the LS1/2/6 kit and the L76/92 kit.

If someone has an LS1/2/6 supercharger kit and wishes to change to L76/92 heads, they will need to purchase only the manifold as all other components are interchangeable (providing they have a Harrop HH-series kit ... the earlier LS-series are not interchangeable). We would (of course) recommend we do the change to ensure it is done correctly, however it can be done by a competent engineer/technician.

I fully understand the preference to deal with a "local" manufacturer, however we are a company with a 50-year history of looking after our products/customers promptly ... and we have been supplying to NASCAR teams for many years.
We have a full-time employee in the US (Michigan) whose primary role is to ensure existing and future customers are satisfied.
The only real problem with our geographic location is the cost of freight.

Thanks ...
