Default Sic of idle stumble!!!

I have a pretty mild cam..221/221/558/558/114lsa .I upped idle some on my hptuners and drilled my NW 90 mm tb a bit bigger. Car works good normally but when I start car and try to reverse out of my driveway the rpm drops to like 500 and sometimes stalls. It seems to do this when started up. I have no problems at the lights. But this is getting annoying. Anything I can tweak to keep this from happening. Do I need to drill even bigger hole in the tb?
I don't think upping idle higher will help already at like 1000.

It's any of the following - air/fuel/spark.

Did you do the RAFIG process from a cold start with the vehicle sitting in drive to adjust your base running airflow? If not, you need to do that. Timing should probably be about 30* at idle for your base spark in gear table. Fueling should be somewhere between 14.5~15.5:1 at idle.

RAF and VE/MAF tuning, combined with adjusting idle spark will get rid of 85% of all idle issues.
