What do you guys think? OK so I searched and as always, it sits for a while and times out.
So ever since I got the car a few months ago I have had a hard shift problem, especially when cold. Third is the worst. So I figure with 120k I would change the fluid. I did some searches and decided on the GM syncromesh. I go to the dealer and shell out $60 for 4 quarts and drain the tranny. The fluid coming out is perfectly clean red atf. Looked like new. The tranny is really clean too so I am thinking maybe a rebuild or ??? I put in the new Syncromesh. I take it for a ride and it is way worse than before.
It almost acts like the clutch is not dissengaging completely. And the faster I shift the worse it is.
Any ideas??

Have you ever flushed the clutch hydraulics?
how does the pedal feel?
Read the stickies at the top of this section they have alot of helpfull info on this subject.

I dont think it is a clutch issue. The reason I say this is that it got worse when I changed the tranny fluid. If it were a clutch issue it would not have changed.
