Default Average Procharger boost with 4.5 pulley?

Hey guys. I'm installing a procharger on my WS6. D1SC with 3.5 IC. It is stock except for the cat back. I know that a lot of different things determine your boost level. On average what will a 4.5 pulley give you. I don't want to go over 8psi. I have a 4.25 but I am not sure if this will be to much boost. Anyone have a 4.5 pulley if that is what I need? Thanks for the help.

Call EPP and talk to them about what you have and they should be able to help you out. When I was running a 4.1" pulley with a GT2-3 cam and see about 6psi or so. Every car is going to be different.

If this is a six rib kit, then you cannot compare boost with pulleys to the eight rib kits.
Is this a six or an eight rib kit? Bob

It's an 8 rib kit. D1SC 3.5 IC It is a stock engine. So I know it will be less eff and have higher boost. I'm trying to figure out which pulley to start with. Hey Bob. I sent EPP two PM's and also emailed through your website then tried calling but you were gone for the day so I left a message. I never got a response from any of it. You've been very helpfull to me in the past. I know that you are a busy man.

No one has or had a procharger on a stock engine to know about how much boost you get from a 4.5" pulley? Do I start with the 4.25" I have or buy a 4.5" ?

A 4.5" pulley will generally get you about 8 psi of boost if you exhaust on your car. I would indeed start with the 4.5" pulley. Bob

Thanks Bob. Do you have any used 4.5" 8 rib pulleys that you swapped out for someone?
