Yes i like some of the Crane lobes. I am old now and don't like changing springs so much anymore lol. Motor will be a 346 with ported LS6 heads, 90/90 and accompanying bolt-ons.

Alot of valve overlap...would depend on what you are building it for...

cam looks alright, if you were stuck on using it and it was already ground like this, i would put crane 1.8 quick lifts on top of it, this will get ous a net valve lift of .583 and lets ous take the full advantage of more cylinder head flow. if you had to do it over, i would use somewhere in the 232/236 .600/.600 112+3 range.

I have a cam somewhat this size with a set of ported heads and was knocking on the door to near 420rwhp through an auto around 6000rpm

It is similar to a G5X3 (234/242) on a 110 but with much softer lobes.

With that much duration, I would use more lift, but that is me. However matching components is the trick, so match your combo to work altogether well with such valve events and lift and it will perfom.

I could see it as a good road race grind.

Thats goin to give a fairly choppy idle.

Is this for a daily driver?
