how will this cam do on stock Manifolds+Cats.
I know its better for a engine to have LTs if its cammed to let it breath.
the specs on it are 229/236 .591/.602 110lsa+2
So will it hurt the engine running manifolds? be hard to tune? clog the cats really quickly?
I HAVE LTS waiting to go in, and had the cam planned around it, but money is tight and I may have to give them up
So I don't need advice of "you need dem lts" but rather why it would be horrible or ok to run stock manifolds+cats

It will make plenty of power. It seems like that cam is actually designed for manifolds and cats, hence the longer exhaust duration. Longer exhaust duration will keep the exhaust valve open longer to help compensate for lack of flow from manifolds and cats.
