Default QTP or American racing? help me out guys?

So ive nailed it down to 2 header companys, ARH and QTP........QTP was my first choice but I was turned off by there customer service and by the fact that they're starting to make there headers different (weld in primaires and no badges) I know its not a huge difference, but I want to see what you guys think.

I love the ARH look and design, but heard they are pricey and havnt seen 2 many people with them. I want the best header out there for my car and so far it seems these 2 companys are the best.

I like QTP, can't beat them for quality, performance, and value. A lot cheaper than american racing too. Save the cash and go with QTP.

I'm planning on getting ARHs. Fittment seems to be great, power gains seem to be slightly better than everyone else, and they look great.

My American Racing headers and catted Y went in with no problems at all. Very well made and seem to work very nice.

Learn from my mistake and go for ARHs. They may be a little more expensive but atleast you get what they advertise.

By just going off reviews on this Forum the ARH's are the headers to get right now along with their y-pipe. I have heard nothing but awesome things about their header/y-pipe and customer service.

My vote is for the ARs. All I had to do to install mine was to cut off the casting tab. They fit perfectly and the performance is awesome. I posted some pics in this thread:

Nice headers, I'm in the market for some headers too, finally doing cam. I too was turned off by QTP's customer service. Are those small bubbles between the O2 sensors supposed to be cats?

My vote goes to QTP. So far no other header makes more power period. ARH used a merge style collector. Not a race high velocity merge collector like QTP. They even state that on there website site that is affordable alternative. ARH is still better than kooks and pacesetter.

For $725 you can get a QTP header that is polished and fulled tig welded.
Now i went on to ARH website and looked at all there dealers to find pricing and not one had F body headers listed. Wonder why.
