C6 Z06 brakes installed(pics) These are probably not the best brake setup for the money, as a lot of people don't like them. But I think it's hard to beat the looks.
The wheels looked good but they needed a little something to fill them out. I think these do the job nicely.
A big downside is the weight. The rotors weigh 23lb each and the calipers loaded with new hawk pads weigh in at 15lb each.
C6 Z06 calipers:

Modified spindle with new caliper mount: (I went back and cleaned up the cut better than this pic shows)

Now one of you guys needs to tell me how to make the matching rears work on my car.

Very nice, you went from the smallest brakes to the largest.
I've been wanting to go with these brakes myself but I have 17" wheels so they'd never fit. I guess I'll just stick with the C5 Z06 brakes then.

I saw those brakes in person on an ls1 camaro that was SLAMMED and had c6 z06 wheels...it was absolutely GORGEOUS...
The LT1 looks just as good!
