Need Help with RR PCM Locked?

Need Help with RR PCM Locked? I installed RR this morning. I downlaoded old OS and tun, installed RR and tried to install my OS and tune and get a PCM Locked message. Any ideas as to what would cause this?
I had sent RR back to Craig as my original was DOA. I know he tested the new RR on a Camaro. Wonder if the old tune is still instaleld and creating my problems?
Appreciate any feedback as car is jacked up to get at PCM. (C5) I am not putting it down until issues are resolved with RR

Make sure you use the RR read/flash toolbar icons in the RoadRunner window. Don't use the regular EFILive read/flash toolbar icons in the main EFILive window.
