The only heads that would work without flycutting are either stock or LS6/LS2 unmilled with stock valves and gaskets.
Stage 1 heads.

the prc stage 1's are fairly inexpensive for what they flow and you might as well do a ms3 or ms4 while your there. I made 473rwhp with a sky high idc at 117%. so they make good power. just my 2 pennies.

Stock 317's should work, but you'll lose a lot of compression, not a good idea with that cam. You would give up a lot of low-end throttle response.

AFR 205 heads have a greater valve drop, even milled to 59cc, than stock 241 heads. Louis from LG Motorsports has posted this on more than one occasion in reference to installing G5X3/4 cams with heads. If you could swing a set of those, and run some .040 gaskets, you should be able to squeak by (but still check!!!) PTV clearance. If cutting is required, it will be a great deal less than a stock casting would require, milled to the same cc's.

The PRC Head are very cheap and you can get them without the Springs man believe me you wont be sorry buying those $1049 Ported and with comptition CNC Valve jop.

Good luck and like been said before those 317 are not worth the heads swap.
