Default Will ISKY'S 295D's hold up with a 224 - 581 cam??

Got a great deal on a 224 - .581 lift cam on a 112lsa. I'm going to be replacing a B1cam (221/221 - .558 lift). I currently use the Isky 295D's so I want to know if the Isky will survive an XER .581 lift or do I have to go with dual's. Mods listed in sig.

Thanks,

steve
