Default 218/224 vs. 222/226

How much of a performance difference would there be between these two cams 218/224 567/567 113 VS 222/226 566/566 114. would there be a difference in 1/4 mile peformance? Would a TR224 be better than either of the other two cams I mentioned? My car is an C5 A4 with a ST3500, 3.73 gears, LT headers, Borla Exhaust,Stage 2 heads (ported, 2.02 1.57 valves, milled .035).

I'd go with the TR224 for a NA engine with headers. The other cams would be better for FI or an engine without headers.

considering what else u have installed, i'd get the bigger cam... but also, by making the lsa smaller on the small cam, ur bringing the peak down..., i'd switch the lsa's on those 2 cams to keep the peaks about the same... how u like ur idle will say what lsa to get, also... if u like it smoother, get the 114, if u want a lope, get a 112...

I'd go for the TR 224 if you are trying to keep the lift down; it has a faster ramp than the comp .56X lift series. Otherwise an XE-R 222/226
