Default frozen LCA bolt - suggestions wanted

New arms and brackets for my 01 made such a nice improvement that I ordered up another set of LCAs for my 95. Things aren't going so well. The driver side bolt, front and back seem to be frozen in the sleeve within the rubber bushing. I've used half a can of PBlaster and 50 whacks with a 3 lb hammer. I can rotate the bolt but it does not move side to side.

I'm thinking I'll have to sawzall the arm joints. If the blade will fit, I'll go down the side through the rubber, on the left and right on both ends. This is going to be a lot of work. Has anyone run into this and do you have a better solution? I don't have a torch at my disposal....
