Default Turbo Newbie Question

I have already figured out the max flow rate for the turbo engine that I will be building. If one is going to use a twin turbo application would you divide the MFR in half when you are looking up your #'s on a compressor map for a specific turbo? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I couldn't find a specific answer when I did a search. Thanks in advance for any information in this matter!
