ok so here we go again will the ms4 work with a stock block and ported and polished stock heads without flycutting the pistons i think i know the answer but i am just verifying

Yes, as long as the heads are not milled.

Yes sir! On unmilled heads with stock valve size you will have NO piston to valve clearance issues!

yes i just purchased this cam from tsp with ported ls6 heads and 4.10 gears i think that for sure this is a good package. From what i hear i know you were looking into the ms3 also the ms4 is a great cam much better than the ms4. That is just from what i hear.
