Default Spohn Torque Arm loosening?

Have the floor pan mounted torque arm... Has anyone had an issue with the nut/bolt on the joint where it mounts to the crossmember loosening?

Couldn't figure out where the heck this bumping was coming from until I had it in the air. Once I did, I noticed that I was able to twist the torque arm about half an inch. Tightened it down to the 50lb spec and it was good for all of a week.

Should I replace the lock nut? Just add Loc-Tite? Tack it in a couple areas? My car vibrates quite a bit so not sure if Loc-Tite red will even be enough. Opinions and has anyone else run into this?

Thank you... so I assume I am not the only one with the problem at least. Did you pull the torque arm down to get to it? I loc-tited the bejebus out of the bolts in the rear end .... so if I can get away without taking the entire assembly down, that'd be wunderbar

Peeked underneath... looks like it's going to be tight to get even a combo wrench in there
