cam help im going cam only for in ls1 gto. i have a xer273hr. specs are 224/230 .571/.588 114. I dont want to swap out heads as of now. I was wondering how far i can mill the 241's safely. Trying to increase quench and will be using .040 cometics. Trying to get a dcr of 8.4-8.6 and 11.2-11.5 scr. The slugs stick out of the hole .004. To acheive close to these numbers i need to take about 5cc's out of the heads. Which is .020 off the heads. Still safe on pvc? How strong are these castings? Any help would be apprecaited.
