Front squeel/loud squeak
Seems when I accelerate from a stop, when I go over a bump, or just tapping the gas pedal I get a high pitched squeak that sounds kinda of like a bird/mouse getting squeezed in someone hand up near the front of the car; mostly towards the passenger side front wheel and sometimes near the tranny area. Also sometimes if I let the clutch out slowly it will make somewhat of a grinding squeak. Usually happens at night or when its cooler outside or after I have washed it.

The wear indicator tabs on your brake pads are probably causing the noise. They rub against the rough part of the rotor to let you know you need new pads, before the worn pads cause real damage to the rotors. Pull the front wheels off and look to see how much thickness is left on the pads.
Next check the serpentine belt, it could be slipping. Or the idler could be bad.
