Default Replacing Bent Pushrods

Could someone give me some detailed instructions on how to replace bent pushrods? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Quite easy. You need to remove the coil pack assembly and unplug from both sides. Remove valvecovers, then loosen bolt for each rocker arm, may be able to spin them out of the way. Then remove the pushrods by pulling them out. Putting them in properly is a little bit tricky, but once you feel some of them go in right, you'll know the feel. Check ls1howto.com or installuniversity as well. You'll want to retorque those rockers if you're freaky like.

That should get you some pictures and how to pull the valve covers.
