LUK clutch????? is it worth it????

Default LUK clutch????? is it worth it????

i have a clutch specialist down here in houston and he has a clutch shop and all he puts in is luk. is this a good replacement clutch, i may trade my TA in for an 02 but if i keep mine is that a good clutch to put in even if i decide to do a little performance>

Unless you're going for more than 450 rwhp... use an LS7 clutch. They've got a lot of grip and a lot of life, and they won't hurt your pocket too bad. SDPC has the Clutch/PP/Flywheel kit for $399.

I'm thinking about the LUK Pro GOLD kit that comes with Aluminum flywheel.....

LUK is the OEM clutch GM uses..... the "LS7" clutch is made by LUK I believe....My LS6 clutch was....

yup lsx clutch = luk clutch+GM stickers

FYI: the Luk Pro Gold clutch kit is a LS6 clutch with an aluminum flywheel. I was going to purchase one but ended up buying a regular LS6 clutch at that time.

i had one instlled in my 97 love it even with5k on it still grips like newi also got mine at cost and 150$ in and out of the car old neghbor lol

my pressure plate went bad on mine... slips on high rpm shifts
