what will i need to get into the 12's

i have a 94 z28 a4, cai, catback, stb, sfc, tci 3000 stall, lcas, phb, 160 t, tbb, 3.23 gears, tune, bfg drag et tires.

will long tube headers and true duals do it?

how much do u think a nitrous kit would cost installed and every thing?

Ive got about $800 in parts in my kit as well as about $200 having a friend do the install.
