that is a very tight fit but it has been done before, ive clayed a few setups with cams around that size and the ptv was about the same, im not saying its safe or anything but these cars with ptv that tight are still running if that helps you at all, my last set up had .065 intake and .085 exhaust and i shifted at 6,700 rpms i pulled the heads off after many miles and there was no ptv issues at all

It will run, as long as you valvetrain is under control, a bit of valvefloat or a boken outer spring and Sionara to the motor.

You don't have to flycut with stock heads & stock gaskets. You just have to install it correctly.
