Default OBD readiness status ?

Ok I failed inspection for readiness status of the PCM. I just hooked up HPT and am constantly getting these. Im assuming they will clear when the O2 heater is complete. I started the car and let it idle with the AC and defroster on but it didnt set. Is this all Im looking for to complete?

The last time I explained how to fix this type of problem, the thread promptly disappeared. Maybe legality issues? Try different settings, I'm sure you will figure it out.
