Default Removing sway bar end links: tips?

Anybody have any tips on how to get these off? Just use lots of penetrating oil, or what?
They’re driving me insane.

Also, can some one tell me the torque specs for them, in case I actually do get them apart?

And what way are the bolts threaded? Do you still go counterclockwise to get them off?

The screw on the stock endlinks have a rubber/plastic thing (dont remember the technical term) that heats up when you unscrew it, causing it to be significantly harder to get off. Just use a lot of muscle and you'll get it.

Mine were rusted/seized. I twisted mine until they broke off. One I cut off.

Just Tighten New Ones Until The Bushings Are Compresed Dont Overtighten This Will Cause Premature Wear And Or Crack Bushings In A Couple Of Months

You know you have to hold one side still with a wrench right? lol

If so just use a 13mm impact and a wrench on the other side(I could swear that's the size). If it's not budging then it's gonna break without some heat. But they're cheap anyways.

Yeah one side came off real smooth and the other just snaped off when I tried to undo it.

Get new ones, because you will probably break the old ones. they are cheap enough. <$20 for the good ones.
