Default LQ4 crankshaft issue ls1-lq4 swap issues

I pulled out my ls1, spun a few rod bearings, I bought a 6.0 block, and i'm in the process of putting it in, but i see on the crankshaft, where the flywheel bolts up, that the crankshaft sticks out about half an inch farther than the ls1's crankshaft. From my thought process, this would put the pressure plate closer to the slave cylinder, makeing the clutch engagement off. What do I have to do to get the 6.0 block to work in this 02 TA.

Default

If this is a pre 02 6.0l then youll have to put a ls1 crank in it or youll have to put in a 4l80e.
The pre 02 motors had a different crank. post 02 they were the same.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Good luck
