im trying to do most of the basic internals now that the engine is out of the car sitting on a engine stand waiting fot the engine bay to get painted ,..

If you get the comp r's you have to get adjustable rockers.

I'm running stock lifters and stock rockers and my motor is quite as a church mouse. The stock lifters and the stock rocker ams are already roller bearing. Unless you increase you rocker arm ratio. Your wasteing your money, save it for your Fast setup.

what would differ with the rocker ratio ?? i think i am just going to skip the rocker and lifter and go for the fast 90 90 instead .

I would get some new lifters and put them in if you have a decent amount of mileage on your car. No point in taking the heads back off for 130 bucks for some ls7 lifters. I seen a member selling their comp oem replacments for 100 right after I bought mine. Just keep your eyes peeled in the forsale section.

Then I guess you don't need lifters
