Negative Trader Feedback - 04gtoBMXracer - Owes me $200

Guy lives roughly 500 miles away. He came to pick up this 6.0L engine that I posted up for sale. I got many offers and this guy was supposed to leave a tuesday morning around 8am and come pick it up. He ended up leaving 8 hours sooner that I expected at midnight, I called him and spoke with him 30 minutes after they left. I was getting many offers on the engine up to 1200 + shipping so I told him if he could give me $1000 he could get it tuesday so I didn't have to ship it. He said he only had $800 on him and had no ATM card, he promised to paypal me the other $200 the following day. He has been ignoring my voicemails and my private messages, he has been reading them because they were confirmed, he just hasn't sent the money.

Guy seemed like an honest guy and promised to paypal the money plain and simple, he hasn't paid for the engine in full. I'll remove this thread if he lives up to his end of the deal, otherwise I want to make sure people know this guy is a dishonest trader. I know his name is Richie and a phone number for him, that's all.

lol you asked for 800, i gave you 800 picked it up and now you say i owe you 200 more? wow i dont know who taught you how to do buisness you can come pick it up for 1,500 if you want for all the money i spent on it already. next time you sell something dont change the price the next day
**edit**i just read the entire first post and no i didnt talk to you 30 mins after i left that is a straight up lie. i sent you a pm saying just tell me when and i can be there in 12 hours. you said ok and i left like 2 hours later

you agreed to the 800. so those other offers you received made you raise the price, but you had already agreed on 800. i think raising the AGREED upon price after others offer you more is wrong on your end actually. just my 2 cents. im done here.

Your for sale post says $800 plus shipping. There is no way to document what was said and you let it go without an IOU for any supposed difference in price.

Why the hell would I make this up after the item has already been changed hands? He verbally agreed to the price before he even arrived and when he showed up. I probably should have just let him use my computer to paypal me the money before leaving but I guess like they say hindsight is always 20/20. He sure did get me though, what a piece of work.
