12.5" I am stoked F.T.W. !!!

I got the fronts (185/55/17) on......what a hack job!!!! They work great!!!!!

Suggested rim size is 12 in and height is 29.5

Thats a badass tire post up pics of the finished product and let us know what was involved in getting them to fit. There are a lot of guys running 325/50/15 on here which is as wide as that tire not as tall though with little modifications.

how is 390 and 325 the same width? that part confused the fuck out of me. I've never heard of a 390/40/17 someone explain this... not saying it doesn't exsist because obviously it does, but how is it only 12.5" wide?

M&H tires run very narrow. My 325s only have a 10.2 inch tread section.

Been cutting and hammering all day Whew!!! Need to start welding soon.

Mini tubs in, tires bolted up fine! They don't look all that impressive,sort of look like they belong there. Mini tubs are a lot of work! The motor will need double power now!!! :cool:

:eek: BFH, possibly longer studs w/billet spacers, mini-tubs, rolled fenders, air-bags or stock height springs with jounce spacers, narrowed rear... I dunno, just looks like lots of work to get it right. BUT, once complete, as long as the offset is correct, should look pretty bad ass!

I'm thinking do it yourself (homemade) offset lower control arms

He probably just used aluminum spacers to set them more inward. I have a set of Wolfe offset LCAs and that's pretty much all they do as well as supply a longer bolt.

So how soft are the sidewalls on those tires? Would you street drive/ do you street drive it with those tires? I had a set of 325/50/15s which have a little more sidewall than urs and really didnt care for how it drove on the freeway and street driving. Can you get some more pics? They actually dont look super tall like a 29.5'' tire. Looks badass on those 17'' rims.
