cruise isn't working

cruise isn't working like title says, I screwed around with the little clutch and brake cruise switch, still doesn't do ****. How do I know if cruise is even on, I'm guessing there is something electricaly wrong I have no idea, someone give me some pointers.

Guess no one knows **** about the cruise control. I checked the mini fuse and checked to make sure current is going through and it is. What else can I look at?
