Default how do you tell if a cam is exhaust or intake biased?

230/232 110+4 but was also thinking about it on a 110+3

110+4 110+3
IVO 9 8
IVC 41 42
EVO 50 49
EVC 2 3
ECL 114 113
overlap 11 11

i want 6500-6600 shifts and i se that a ivc of 41 peakc 6100-6300 so the ivc os 42 would peak 6200-6400 so how do i know if this cam will carry after peak or fall off hard?

Default

If run at 110+0 it would have 1/2 deg int bias. At 110+4 its 3.5 deg exh bias.
