Default LS1 Swap - PCV Questions

Good evening guys.

I have a 1963 Nova with a 2004 Covette motor swapped into it. My questions comes from the PCV system. I just got a set of NASTY valve covers and each cover has a -10 fitting welded into it for a breather system. What is the best way to go about plumbing the system? should I just run a breather? Plumb them into a catch can? catch can with a breather on top?

I am very confused about this because I have read so many different opinions/options about it.

The car makes roughly 500 rwhp and I want something nice and clean that is functional and will not hurt anything. I also do not want to redo the system if I decide to go with a higher horsepower motor in the future.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I really appreciate it. Thank you,

Jamin
