Default Pics of My Camaro at 7/21 and 8/11 Car Shows

I entered my 14,000 mile '98 Z28 in a couple of judged car shows in the last few weeks. I scored 97 points in both shows (on the standard 100 point scale), and took 2nd place in my class at the 8/11 show. The first show was rather small, second show was bigger (150-200 cars). I was hoping for 1st place but got beat out by a '99 30th Ann T/A that was just *slightly* better condition than mine (and I do mean slight ).

Here are a couple pics from the 7/21 show:

And these are some pics from the 8/11 show:

Thnaks guys.

Kazmaniac.... I think I remember seeing your car posted for sale before, correct? From what I recall, it was very low mileage and just as clean as my car. Glad to see you've kept it.

Yup ... still have it, just brought it out to support a local Auto Zone Grand Opening. We've got the annual Berger Chevy Show and Metro Cruise next weekend, so I need to get 'er cleaned and get a coat of wax per day to get ready! Think it just rolled 8500.

Thanks!

Tires are BFG G-Force TA KDW, in a 275/40/17 size.

Supaclean!

Is it lowered? If not, I'd leave it as-is. Stance is perfect, even if it's stock. SLP grille would look good on your car though.

Thanks.

I'm very happy with the stance as well. The car actually has stock springs, though it does seem to sit lower than stock. I guess the springs have just sagged a bit over the last 9 years of sitting in the garage. Car still handles & drives very nicely though, so I see no need to replace them.

I do like the SLP bowtie grille and I have considered getting it in the past, but I used to get hassled without a front plate (even with the limited driving that the car sees) so I just gave up and started using one. Stupid front plate laws.

this is what i did when i lived in the city. kind of defeats the purpose but it was better than that faded black grill
