Default MAF Cleaner

A popular tuning tool used by BMW M3 owners is to clean their MAF with MAF cleaner that can be purchased from any autoparts store. Apparently a thin layer of oil originating from blow-by on oiled airfilter elements can coat the MAF, decreasing performance.

Is this something that would work on the LS1 - that is, using MAF cleaner? I have reoiled by K&N, and wonder if my performance might be suffering similarly.

Common maintenance that I recommend people to do. MAF Cleaner or Quick-Dry (QD) Electronics Cleaner will do the trick. Spray it down and re-install.

Cool, thanks. I'm going to go buy a can and try it out.
