Default Anyone using Trick Flow heads

As it says...I'm thinking of going with these heads on a 370 iron block, stock LS6 intake and T70 on about 14-16#. The heads can be worked to get a 70cc chamber, needed to get my compression down. Any comments/advise?

I have them on my Orange car they are great heads I have AFR's on the black car for FI they are pretty evenly matched NA the Trick Flows have a slight advantage from what I have seen although not a ton. I Like them just buy a good LIGHT set of Roller rockers for them and you will be very pleased.

The shop that did my turbo setup just put a set on a twin turbo car. they seem to work well and made power sooner than it did with the ls6's.

That's because they have better mid-lift flow than most heads. We have a set for our DR car debuting next spring and were expecting good results for a reasonably priced head.

Actually, we sell more LS1 TFS heads than Summit Racing does

Give me a call if you have any questions on the heads. We do have them on sale right now as well.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I've been really busy with my trucks this week and not been able to get online til now. The A/C went down in all 3 of em. $3000 later and got em fixed. THAT cut into the build money all right!! Ron; I'll call you about the heads. The short block is being built by Weber and Leo says he can "help" me out if I get the complete long block through him, heads included of course.

Don't the tfs heads need special rockers or pushrods?
