Need help on a 00 Camaro ash try lid The car didn't have the lid when I got the car...
Anyway, I now have one and I am not sure how the spring goes on the lid, I have looked at it and am not getting it at the moment.

give it time, that little hole where the spring connects will break. To much load on the thin plastic coupler over time. Might try drilling a hole higher up for more strength. Mine broke, and that is what I did, problem solved.
