How many quarts of oil? My husbands 2001 WS6 M6 always takes 6 quarts of oil. It brings it to the top of the full mark. My 2001 Firehawk always takes 5 1/2 quarts of oil and brings it to the top of the full mark.
Why the difference? How much should it be, whos is right?

Re: How many quarts of oil? The official capacity by the book is 5.5 quarts with the stock filter but you can safely put in 6 no problem. Many autocrossers run 7 quarts actually.
