Default 3-bar map sensor

where can you find a 3/bar map sensor that will fit in the back of the intake like the stock one does.

No one makes a 3bar that I know of like what you are talking about. GM has a 2bar.

I would leave the stock one in that hole to keep it plugged. Then tee into another line for your aftermarket MAP sensor.

You may look into a GN MAP sensor... I believe that it's 3 Bar... Or a Syclone or Typhoon Map...

Jeff Jessie and I both need 3 bar maps. Are these the ones that speed inc sells with the pigtail harness so they are plug and play? LMK!

Delphi makes 99.9% of the 3bars sold by Summit, FAST, etc. The Speed Inc 3bar is the Delphi and they make a pigtail that makes it p&p. I bought mine from Speed Inc with the pigtail....good folks.

Delphi also makes a small 3 bar that looks like our 1 bar...no pigtail needed...but the accuracy down low is not as good as the "big" 3bar. Go with the "big" 3bar and the pigtail for better tuning since you're already giving up resolution compared to the factory 1 bar. If you add a converter box and low imp injectors it becomes even more important.
