Default Soo Close....13.00

I went to Milan Dragway yesterday for the NMCA race and got one run before it rained out.

1.75 60ft
8.26 1/8 mile
13.00@103mph

Needless to say im pretty happy with the run considering its just a bolt-on LT1 that weighs 3700lbs. Mods consist of LT's, 3200 stall, MT's, and a tune. With better weather and 3.73's it should be into the 12's with ease.

That is a realy fast 1/8 mile for a 13.00. I would think you would be 12.5 to 12.7. Who's stall are you running? It seems that you are losing alot up top.

I was thinking 12.5 - 12.7. They say the Edge converters are pretty efficient. What was your mph in the 1/8th? I ran an 8.2 at 86 mph in the 1/8th a few times and 1/4 mile times are in the 12.5 - 12.7 at 108. My car is an A4 and at the time was running a 60 rwhp shot.

very nice 60 ft. And i would of thought 12's for sure, cars just not pulling very hard on the top end.

I went 12.7 @ 111.5 with a 1.88 60 ft. My 1/8 mile was 8.2 @ 87.4. Im m6, but you woulda had me till the 1/8th mile if we ran. With my traps im still hoping to break 12.5's.

a gear should do it for sure, as long as it doesn't creat launching problems and you still have enough tire to keep that 60ft good.
Good luck.
Chris
